  • A pastry section chef for the Pierre Gagnaire*** restaurant at 6 Rue Balzac Paris 8th (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays).

  • A chef de rang waiter for the Pierre Gagnaire*** restaurant at 6 Rue Balzac Paris 8th (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays).

  • An Italian head sommelier, who speaks French for the Piero TT at 44 Rue du Bac Paris 7th, the Italian restaurant (closed on Sundays, Mondays, and the 2nd Tuesday of each month).
