Tom Meyer, a hotelier at the Intercontinental, convinced me to open a restaurant in Dubai to bring quality to the city. After a year of work, the more than international team of this restaurant (17 countries represented) was awarded the ultimate prize: Best restaurant in Dubai (Time Out) and was cited in the ranking of the 100 best tables in the world (only restaurant in the region)!
