Tom Meyer, a hotelier from Intercontinental, convinced me to open a restaurant in Dubai to bring quality there. After a year of work, the more-than-international team of this restaurant (17 countries represented) was awarded the ultimate recognition: Best Restaurant in Dubai (Time Out) and was listed among the 100 best tables in the world (the only restaurant in the region)!
